At Flexion Holdings, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with our Flexi-Link body weight products. Because our organization operates under a faith-based and nonprofit framework, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the sustainability of our mission.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:

Items marked as final sale

Customized or used body weight sets

Gift cards and promotional items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

Contact your bank. Processing times vary.

Faith-Based Consideration
As a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based ministry, we encourage grace and mutual respect. If a return request falls outside of this policy, we invite you to contact us directly so we may prayerfully consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.
