📦 Shipping Overview

Flexion Holdings Co. ships all products offered through the Flexi-Link™ brand as part of our spiritual wellness ministry and health-focused fellowship. As a Private Membership Association, our shipping practices reflect our internal standards of care and trust.

🚚 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Custom items or limited drops may require extra handling time (noted in product description).

🌍 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted third-party carriers including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Shipping method is selected at checkout. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your package has shipped.

💵 Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping for orders over $100 (USD) within the continental U.S.

  • Standard flat-rate shipping applies to all other orders based on package weight and destination.

  • Express and priority shipping options are available for an additional fee.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries.

  • Customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the member.

  • Flexion Holdings is not responsible for delays due to customs or foreign postal services.

 

❗ Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@flexilinx.shop.

  2. We will assist in locating the package or issuing a replacement if needed.

  3. Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

🔁 Return to Sender / Wrong Address

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the member will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
